I have had nothing but excellent experiences ordering sofa covers from this company. The covers are extremely well made, and the customer service is outstanding! I recently ordered a custom cover for an uncommon Ikea sofa for which covers are not usually offered. Not only did they agree to make them for me, but patiently emailed back and forth until I finally got the measurements right! At one point, the employee I was working with, Jonathan, even apologized for being out sick and taking a couple of days to respond! I love the covers and will definitely order from them again.
