Excellent customer service throughout. The team provided me with a local number for the courier so that delivery problems (the courier 4PX was not great with communication) could be easily sorted out. The slipcover for my Lycksele double sofabed fits well and looks great. There is a small bump along the centre seam where the join is not lying flat like the rest of the seam, but it is barely noticeable - I only mention it for care with future orders.
