This is kind of late but you popped up. I ordered arm covers for two sofas that our cats scratched. Perfect fit and great customer service. Almost unbelievable really. Companies should take lessons from you as to how to treat their customers and make a product that works. Thank you, Catherine gill
Ps: our cats started to attack other parts of our couches and so we bought a used one that was smooth so they can't claw it. If i need to replace the covers i will contact you.
