Le suivi est personnalisé : mes requêtes ont été prises en compte immédiatement (je m'étais trompé dans mon adresse, cela a été rectifié dans l'heure et j'avais demandé de différer la date de réception : j'ai reçu mon colis à la date désirée ), j'ai toujours eu la même personne de référence qui a été particulièrement agréable et réactive.
