This is my second order with Comfort Works. I am a happy customer. I ordered some new slipcovers for an IKEA sofa bed in my rental property. As with the first order, the customer service from the first point of contact is outstanding, i had lots of questions and all were answered promptly and in a friendly professional manner. My order arrived sooner than expected by courier which was a nice surprise and the covers arrived beautifully wrapped with a hand written note thanking me for the order. The fabric is high quality and the colour is exactly like the sample. Everything fits beautifully. I would not hesitate in recommending Comfort Works to anyone, they are a fantastic company and i now have a freshened up sofa for a fraction of the price of a new one.
