I am embarrassed to say that this review should have been written few years ago. I alway knew I would write a review but life just got too hectic. So I apologize, Rachel, for getting this out so late. Comfort Works worked with me from measuring my couch to choosing the right fabric to getting it shipped to my doorstep. I had intentionally ordered a non-shrinking fabric but a year later when I washed them fabric shrunk and created a tear at the corner. Comfort Works was kind enough to replace the slipcovers with another fabric. I chose a cheaper but more durable fabric which I continue to enjoy. Their customer service and finished products are excellent.
