When I put the base cover on, I was super impressed with the great fit. But, the bottom and back cushion covers are so loose on the inserts. I can grab a couple of inches of extra fabric on each one. Maybe I can alter them myself, but for the price of custom-made covers, I’d really rather not have to do that. Otherwise, the fabric and craftsmanship is beautiful. I just wish the cushion covers fit better so the couch would look more tidy. **Update: Comfort Works reached out to me immediately after I wrote this review and worked with me to remedy this issue. I sent them the measurements from my couch cushions (we think maybe my couch was an older model) and they very quickly sent me replacement covers that fit my couch perfectly. Their customer service was top-notch and I couldn't be happier with these covers. They have breathed new life into our couch and allowed me to modernize the lines of the couch (I've tucked the couch skirt under itself to reveal the tapered legs). If you are at all on the fence about ordering from this company, go for it. I suspect your purchase will be perfect, but if it's not, they will make it so. I could not recommend them more highly!
