Our experience with Comfort Works has been extremely satisfying, which is not to say it hasn't had a few bumps in the road. From the time we measured, re-measured, and received our covers, the staff at Comfort Works has been very responsive to our needs. The slip covers we had made for our Pottery Barn loveseat are beautiful. They fit like a glove, and make the 18 year old loveseat look brand new. We are very happy with the customer service and the quality of the product from Comfort Works, and recommend them without reservation.
