We bought our covers for our Manstad Ikea sofa bed from ComfortWorks and we are delighted to say that we are in love with our sofa again. It looks smart, as new! The whole process was easy, we started with the samples. They arrived on time, there was a follow up email, but never pushy. After we choose the fabric (we went for the snug fit in Kino ash) we put an order. A couple of weeks later the package arrived in the time mentioned on their website, well packed and they update us on every step of the process. We did have some issues with the fitting, but the customer service was great and in the end we got a replacement . Ning deserves 5 stars. Always helpful, polite and friendly.
