I cannot be more happy with my new sectional slipcover. I have to admit I was skeptical. But I will tell everyone I know to use this company for any slipcover. I have a Pottery Barn Pearce Upholstered sofa. I didn’t love the color and called Pottery Barn to order a slipcover. They said they could not sell me one as it wouldn’t fit because it was not technically a slipcover sofa. Thank heavens I searched online and found Comfort Works. From the very beginning I was taken care of by customer service with polite and timely emails. I ordered the Madison Coal cotton fabric after ordering swatches first. Which I highly recommend. I received the slipcover one month after I placed my order which was amazing. I took it out of the box and it was perfectly wrapped in the best bag and I knew the fabric was high quality the moment I opened the drawstrings .....I was so nervous putting it on....piece by piece ....pillow by pillow...and every single piece fit like a glove. I am still blown away. My sofa is now so beautiful. And the cost was a fraction of what I would have paid for a PB one. Thank you so much CW for being true to your word and proving that we can still believe in products from small companies. Signed a very happy customer !!!!! P.S. I am now looking for something else in my house to slipcover. Lol.
