Comfort Works provided excellent help with a slipcover For my 20 yr old Thomasville sofa. Rachel and Sarah ( and others) helped with measurements and fabric selection . I chose the Madison Sand for the. color match. Would have liked 100% cotton but color selection was too dark. Communication was thorough and frequent ( even during Covid) US Fed Ex tracking was the delay saying it would be one day and not Showing up for 6 days. Also stated it would require a signature which it did not. Packaging and personal note were noted positively. Overall an excellent product!
