I don't normally write reviews, but I had to for this one. I originally thought about buying a new couch, but so glad I took a chance with Comfort Works. When I first placed my order, I did accidently picked the wrong size. I reached out to CW's customer service and it everything was fixed so efficiently and quick! The delivery time was approximately 5 weeks, which felt like a long time, but completely worth it and CW sent updates the whole time. My new covers make my couch look completely new and the material is so soft that it makes the couch 10 times more comfortable than the original IKEA covers.
