I was very happy with my couch order. It was custom and the measurements were a bit daunting, but they caught a couple of mistakes I made and it worked out well. The gold is my "before" and the gray is "after." Much prettier! I will say the Madison Ash gray was darker than the sample but not by much. The only draw back was that the process for a custom order took well over two months.
