I got the gray tweed for my Ikea Ektorp chair and am very satisfied. It needs a bit of an ironing, but I was so excited to get it on my chair that I didn't care. Customer service was great! Very responsive for being (I suspect) on the other side of the world from me! They answered one question from me several months ago, then when I was finally ready to order, they kept in touch with me during the entire process. I wasn't in a rush, but the entire thing took less time than I thought it would. Very satisfied with this company! The biggest problem now is finding another couch that I can purchase a slipcover for! :) The only tiny, almost-issue was that the FedEx bag this was delivered in was beat up pretty badly and so incredibly filthy. It had been taped up once, presumably by FedEx, and was starting to tear open at the perforation. Another day or two in transit and it may have been ripped open completely. Thankfully it was still intact this time, but might be a point for the future to package these a bit differently for international transit.
