The installation team were superb and the product is excellent. I couldn't be happier with the installation process. The administration process was a nightmare, particularly when dealing with the Milton Keynes office. 3 times salesmen failed to turn up, then an installation date had been 'forgotten'. Staff in the Norwich office were conscientious, even if I was eventually told that they had me down as an awkward customer! The end result is great and as such I am happy to recommend it.
