Comfortable Conservatories provided a good customer service. However, the first installation team that arrived made a hash of the roof, so much so that the second team had to redo the outside of the roof and a third team had to strip down and re-install the inside of the PVCu cladding. When Comfortable Conservatories were told about the problems they were quick to re-organise and get the job finished to our satisfaction. I would say that the first installers (Anton and Ricky) should not be installing without supervision and a lot more training. Dan/Steve and Gabriel/John were professional in every way. Two very good teams. A recommendation to the company would be to improve your internal communications then there would not have been a mix up with the start dates.
