the comcept is excellent as were the sub contractor that did the roof.But unfortunately the admin was terrible the one call we received during the build was to say the plaster would not be coming as he had broken down in fact the plaster was here &half way through the job!!! the next call was for the money! ! very disappointed with the customer service
