A good job was completed in early December. It is a good product and the team of three did well to complete the insulation, despite being sent to South Wales and Merseyside during their assigned week with us. But now I'm having final demands off the local council for building regulation fees not being paid. These fees were paid as part of my final total, in fact, £80+ more was paid! I have now received the third demand from the local council and next week the debt collecting agency will be calling!! I have phoned on three occasions in the last fortnight and I have always been given assurances that it will be paid. But to no avail. So it seems we have a company who have a good product and our team of installers were good. But beware of paying for any extras. It seems I will now have to take my grievance to a another level!
