We would like to pass on our sincere thanks to Comfortable Conservatories for recently installing the new roof on our conservatory. Firstly To Geoff Lloyd who visited us on a Sunday to offer us a quotation. Having had 3 other companies visit us to quote we where exceptionally impressed by Geoff's presentation; he very quickly understood what we wanted and focused his presentation on our needs and wants. He was extremely knowledgeable about the company and the product and we did not feel at all like a typical 'sales pitch' was given. He spent 2 hours with us ensuring that we understood what we needed and what the company could offer. The price he quoted was middle of the road from the others we had had but we felt immediately confident in Geoff and that we would get value for money. Having agreed the quote the job was scheduled for a weeks time which again impressed us and the builders, Tony & Vaughn arrived at 8.30am on day one. The build itself took 2 days which we considered to be exceptional, and the guys worked solidly to complete the job and where a pleasure to deal with throughout. They kept us updated at every step of the build and ensured we where happy throughout. Having decided mid way through to move a light socket, Tony went out of his way to contact the electrician who attended immediately to satisfy our request. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy throughout. Once completed, they liaised with the plasterer and the electrician to ensure our security requests where met whilst we were out at work and these where carried out to the letter. We where also impressed with the friendly staff in the local office who called daily to ensure that the job was going well and we where happy. We are extremely pleased with the completed job! We now have an additional room to our home which is warm and cosy and has completely met our needs.
