After a difficult start,the work was delayed twice hence only 4stars,,a phone call to the Milton Keynes head office put Kiera in charge of our work,who organised a further date for the work to be done. The day arrived as did the fitters,the main one called Gabriel and a young man calledJohnny. The fitter,Gabriel worked not only hard but precisely and you could tell he took a pride in his work,leaving us with a spectacular new room to use,and tidying up all rubbish and materials before they left. Kiera rang during the installation to check how everything was going and again on completion. Both my wife and I are exceeding pleased with the finished result and if it had not be for the Halifax franchise being incompetent I would have given 5 stars and full recommendation. The end product is one I can wholeheartedly recommend.
