Ordered 2 pair of sandals back in May. Received an email on the 6th of May with a tracking number saying they were waiting for receipt from the USPS. Tried numerous times to contact them via, email, phone and instagram. Needless to say there was no response from them and I lost $63. I contacted my financial institution and they returned my money temporarily. Today I received information saying that Comfy Sandals is denying my claim based on the fact that they did their due diligence by shipping the order, even though there is no evidence that purchase was received. After reading numerous reviews it appears that this site is a scam, so please read reviews before ordering from them.
