I ordered two pairs from "Leatherfully" and paid through PayPal. I did receive my order but the sandal straps are baggy at the front and fit in the back. I emailed them for return instructions, they had me send them pictures, then offered a 15% "discount" as the best they could do and suggested I take it and give the shoes to someone else or pay to ship them to China. So, yes, they did respond to my emails, but I am not satisfied with the product and the refund process. I haven't found out what they mean by "discount" because I sure don't want a credit toward a future purchase!
Here's an excerpt from their email: Thanks for your email and purchase in our store.
Since the dimensions are manually measured by us, there will inevitably be some errors, which are unavoidable. I had shipped out to you according to the size you placed the order. Maybe you can give this product to your relatives or friends. But not the quality problem we couldn't apply for the refund to you, we could apply for the highest discount code at 15% for you, is it ok?
And if you return it, you need to pay the shipping cost to China, it needs about a month to solve. This is a long waiting process.
So we suggest that you could accept the discount code."
