This is my email to customer service on requesting my refund. The rubber soles that I bought from getcomfyshoes started separating at the toe and the heel part of the boots. I only wore them a couple of times and not for very long because it needed to be broken in first. It was painful because there is no cushioning. This is my correspondence with their customer service; just a copy and paste on their end. Twice. Me: I would like a refund on my full order: ORDER #6893. I have only worn the black boots 3 times before they started falling apart! This is poor quality. I’m requesting a full refund for both shoes as I bought the same boots in two different colors. I cannot wear the boots because the rubber has separated from the shoe in toe portion AND the heel! The "7 day refund policy" shows that you don't have confidence in your own inventory. I spent over $80 on shoes that couldn't even hold themselves together for a couple days to at least give the illusion of quality.
