I found the ad for Comfy Sandals on Instagram. First of all, the shoes come from China, so it takes a LONG time to get them. Secondly, I am a size US 7 and they sent me a US 10. They are sure it was my fault. I know I didn't order a size 10. There is a significant difference. I think they just sent me what they had on hand. Then I wanted to return them for a refund or exchange (all the while they have had my money). I have provided all of the information that they have asked for, yet, they will not process my request until they receive the returned item. This requirement has changed each time I have communicated with them (email only). I am out $9.45 return shipping which I will not be reimbursed for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Just go to the mall!!
