I have NEVER, in my LIFE, had such HORRID "customer service." I put "customer service" in quotes because I CANNOT GET ANY "customer service." I ordered, the charge is listed on my bankcard statement, BUT NO SANDALS. I never even received an order confirmation or an order number. I have tried calling the "customer service" phone number...guess what?? IT IS A NON-WORKING NUMBER. I have e-mailed the company twice, and they didn't go through...it is as if the "company" doesn't exist. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF TRYING TO DEAL WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. (And I don't even know if I can get my bank charges reversed.)
