I ordered my boots in November to be told that they had to many offers so I had to wait, after complaining that I would of never ordered from them if I knew they were coming from China they pleaded with me to be patient. When The boots finally came through I nearly cried, they are not anything like the picture as their website reviews boast about. They looked more like a slipper boot than a outdoor boot that I ordered. They were stuffed into a bag for delivery so they were damaged and squashed. When I complained they told me it wasn't their fault and I should give them away, I wasted $40 and I will not order from online adverts anymore a I feel like I can't trust them.
