I ordered one pair of sandals, waited, waited, tracked the package to City of Industry, CA and there they supposedly sit. I have emailed them several times with no response. If I had done my homework before and looked at this website, I would never have ordered them. I have been emboldened by several of your reviews and just now have contacted the bank to contest the transaction. I went to Amazon, bought a better sandal for slightly less money, received the package on time, and have just now ordered two more pairs. They will arrive on time July 8, 2020. Is there a way to shut this company down?
