Comfy Sandal took my money on 08/17/20. On 08/27/20 received on email fom Comfy Sandal saying my order "Was on the way" and would be delivered in 7 to 14 days. As of today, 09/19/20, my order still has NOT been received!!! I will be contacting BBB! I wish I had seen this review page before placing my order or I NEVER would have placed an order from this company!!! I will keep trying to reach their customer service department for a refund as well as contacting my bank to try to have them to deal with the theft by this company and, hopefully, get this transaction canceled and my money refunded to my account!!
