Unfortunately I made a mistake and purchased sandals from Comfy Sandals on July 19, 2020. I canceled my order a few days later due to the fact that Comfy Sandals sent me an email stating that it would be 6 weeks before my sandals would be shipped to me. That time frame was totally unacceptable to me. I immediately emailed them back requesting that my order be canceled and i be given a full refund. The unprofessional Scam and Conartist at COMFY SANDALS paid themselves for sandals i didn't order alone with the sandals that i did order. This company sent me the ugliest, cheapest made subpar sandals i've ever seen in my life... after I'd canceled my order in July. The last three pair of sandals that I'd already canceled were sent to me on September 18th, 2020 after I'd sent the company more than thirty-five firm emails and left countless unanswered phone messages. Comfy Sandals chose not to respond back too me. I repeatedly emailed them requesting that I be sent a merchandise return label. I never heard from them. Although i receive emails with the deals of the day. This bogus company Comfy Sandals must be exposed and shutdown because of their unethical business practices. They shouldn't be allowed to steal and Scam people out of their hard earned money. Enough Is Enough! Please if you're considering shopping with the Scam Artists COMFY SANDALS DON'T! If you've not received the merchandise you purchased contact the Better Business Bureau and your Attorney General. Let's"expose" Comfy Sandals on every form of social media that'savailable...and by word of mouth. Don't hesitate to share with other people the level of dissatisfaction you personally experienced with the company called COMFY SANDALS. They're a total disgrace and they'll be put out of business sooner than later. DON'T SHOP WITH COMFY SANDALS... THEY'RE SCAM AND CONARTIST!
