How I wish that I had seen these negative reviews before ordering sandals from Comfy Sandals. I've been scammed, like many others. I ordered a pair of sandals in mid-August, paid by credit card and waited more than a month for the shoes to arrive. When they came I was disappointed by the plastic look of the sandals, and the fit was terrible. So large and lose-fitting I could never wear them. Daily I have been receiving promotional emails, selling more sandals and boasting of the company's great customer service, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to find an address for this company to return the sandals. I have called and emailed repeatedly, leaving voicemails because no one ever answers the phone!! Even searching online, I cannot find an address for this company! Warning, do not order from Comfy Sandals! I am so disappointed and sorry I didn't look for reviews first before ordering.
