I have to say I am very pleased with this psoriasis treatment! Unlike the other psoriasis cream that I was using for the past two years, this cream actually helped a lot with my psoriasis, and maintained my skin hydrated and moisturized. The patchy skin was almost gone after a week. It does have some strong herbal smell, but I can put up with that. I hope i won't have to deal with psoriasis again since this cream can be expansive.
