I was having trouble getting car insurance cover due to previous cancelled insurance. The customer service adviser Sukh was very efficient, positive and professional. He assured me that he would get insurance cover for me but had to build a story to insurers in order to fulfill this promise which was very reassuring and comforting. Sukh ensured he got me the best price under the circumstances and kept me informed every step of the way, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. He made me feel valued as a customer and one worth going the extra mile for. I would like to extend my appreciation to Sukh for taking the time to source insurance for me. Although I have not yet reached a full resolve with the previous insurers I am one step closer to as they have accepted liabilty
