I purchased a pair of Fleece Heel Protectors from this company in September and was told they would be delivered in October despite having a week's delivery time, they weren't. Instead I was told they were then going to be delivered in November, which made me decide to cancel the order. God only knows if they would have been delivered in November. Horrible dealings and it won't happen again.
