I placed an order for a christmas present, the invoice stated 3 - 5 working days delivery, no mention that they had no stock. I phoned 7 days later to be told that they had just recieved a delivery and that the item would be shipp ed first class as soon as the delivery was unpacked and on the shelf. I phoned again 4 days later to be told that they STILL had not unpacked the delivery and that they were now closing for christmas and it would be dealt with when they return to work. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order.
