I ordered a wheel chair on the 9th March and expected delivery as guaranteed within 3-5 working days.The money was taken from my account for the goods immediately . It is now the 21st March and I have not received the wheel chair. I contacted the company this morning to be advised that it still had not been dispatched and they could give no reason for this!!! I have asked for my money back and can only hope that this is administered a lot quicker so I can purchase another one elsewhere. Very poor service and very disappointing.
