I ordered an item on 6th January 2019 and received an email telling me that my order 'is being processed now.' My order didn't arrive by 15th January and upon enquiry I was told it was out of stock when I ordered it. Why didn't they tell me at the time of ordering? I note that I have already been charged for the item. It is now 24 January and my order still hasn't arrived. To take money from a customer when an item is out of stock and before despatch is unethical and bordering on the dishonest. I feel they don't 'Care' about us.
