I ordered an item on 20th January and the money was taken from my account. When I found no trace on their tracking system I tried phoning but the line was permanently busy "with other calls". I emailed my complaint and received a reply saying the item was out of stock. Why was I not told this when I ordered? Why did they take my money immediately? I was told they were "expecting more stock" by 25th January but still no-one has been in touch with me. This is the first -and last- time I use this firm. Dreadful customer service.
