Ordered 2 small items which have not turned up after a week. Phoned customer service and got at first a helpful person who said they had delays in the warehouse, then she changed when I asked why they’d taken my money and not emailed me re delays. She said they had 30 days to deliver ( advertised as 3-5 business days) so not to contact them until after that! She was rude and couldn’t care less about the difficulties we had without the order arriving as advertised. Will never order from them again..
