I ordered a special mattress on 13th March and money taken out via paypal straight away. Bed frame already delivered from another company but no information from Complete Care as to when mattress will be delivered. Unable to get through on the phone and no response to an e- mail sent 2 days ago. My husband is very unwell at present and we really need this mattress - poor customer service and no means of resolving this due to lack of communication from this company .
