On ordering a small item (walking stick) on 2nd March I was assured it would take 3/5 days yet after numerous calls and lots of time waiting (due to high volume of calls) and various excuses it still haven’t arrived by 25th March. So I cancelled the order. Bad customer service although when they did answer the phone the ladies I spoke to were polite. However would never use again
