Atrocious. No order confirmation, no items delivered more than 2 months after placing the order, though they took the payment immediately. I'm glad my order was a small one as it seems my money has been wasted. I'm now at the stage of approaching Trading Standards in the company's base area as there are so many people in the same position, many who have placed expensive orders. This company should not be trading.
Can your review page operate a 'no star' category?, as that is what I would give them.
