So a parcel arrived with just 1 of 4 items ordered stating it was a complete order. Really? I have emailed no reply I have phoned and been thanked for my patience 47 times whilst waiting for someone to answer due to the high volume of calls. If I could give them a minus rating I would. A total waste of time money and effort. By the way the answer to a previous review for wrong item sent used "unprecedented demand" as an excuse. the wrong item in a package is never excused by anything, it is gross to use C19 as an excuse.
