I thought I would give this company a second chance after having a bad experience in the past, BIG MISTAKE.
Placed my order on 26/09 today is 02/10 and I have not received a dispatched email or any other form of contact.
They claim all deliveries are tracked so I would expect some thing by now, I ring them up only to be told your order is just being prepared for delivery, so your order is still sitting on the shelf.
When I question the time I have waited I am told we are advising 10 days for delivery, But I do not see that on there site any where when I place my order.
All I can find about delivery times is
"Processing & Dispatch
Orders are sent using the most efficient and reliable service for the size of your order. These services vary from 1-5 business days delivery, though they can sometimes take longer. Some of our products (e.g. some chairs and power chairs) are made to order so will need more time. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we have 30 days to deliver to you, but we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible."
That says 1-5 days but could have delays, they also go on about how there courier service are experiencing delays, BLAME THE COURIER, but my item has not even been picked.
Such a poor company that supply medical products to the public, the kind of things you need urgent or at least in a reasonable time.
You can order from many online shopping places and receive next day orders and even orders sent out second class post get to you within 4 days.
With these people your lucky if your order gets picked, I do not think my order is being processed that would of just been your standard get off the phone customer service response.
I work in Retail logistics so I am well aware of what difficulties or not are being experienced.
The retailers always try to blame the carriers.
This company have charged £4.45 for there postage, for that you expect it to arrive within 5 days.
I would not mind it is a small postable item that can be sent by royal mail and posted through my door.
Every one deserves a second chance, these guys do not.
No doubt they will reply with we are so sorry but we are experiencing unprecedented delays due to covid.
Just love how companies use the word UNPRECEDENTED to get out of things they never knew of the word until it was used by the government, now it is splattered on websites or written into customer services one line manuals.
Get with the program and stop blaming Covid for your problems
