Very dissapoined when Ocado would nor honour renew quote as i was 10 days late.
Took out cover with another insurer but decided to cancel within the 14 day 'cooling off' period and was charged £50 for which at no time was i informed.
It maybe in the small print but surely the agent when explaining the 'cooling off' period should inform the customer of this charge, i was not informed so very unhappy.
