My name is Paul McIntyre and I have had a motor insurance policy through what was the A&A Group now known as the Complete Cover Group.
My previous car a Vauxhall Corsa was stolen in October 2016 and I was paid out £1557 which was my premium paid in full for the remainder of the policy and £600 for my vehicle.
When this happened I obviously felt wrong done by as my car was stolen and I wasn't fully aware of the consequence of making a claim.
When my renewal came through at the end of the year it had tripled in amount due to this which I was not expecting and caused me quite a lot of hassle.
This is when I first spoke to Olivia in the renewals team.
How can I put it....
Olivia kept me as a returning happy customer.
She was a privilege to work with and she didn't pressure me into a renewal and communicated on my behalf with Mulsanne and the Underwriters.
She managed to lower my new premium and keep my NCB by allowing me to pay the original payout amount. She even spoke to the Underwriter and asked them to allow my to wait until the renewal date so I could get quotes with and without the NCB so that I could see if it would be worthwhile. By Olivia doing this she showed complete ownership of the issue and never left me in the dark.
By the end of my dealings with Olivia I felt really pleased with the outcome and have bought a new car and policy through yourselves and will continue to work with you and of course recommend your services to friends and family.
