I iive in Iowa and experience every kind of weather you can imagine. We installed ChoiceDek from Lowe's 15 years ago. I clean it twice a year, spring and fall. I usually light scrub using Corte Clean. I get a few stains and some black spots: mold. Our deck looks like it did when we installed it. I will use the product as long as we live here. A prospective buyer will be impressed someday.
