We have been using Corte Clean twice a year for the last 4 years and have found that Corte Clean works the best of all the products on the market. We have a trex front and back deck. We follow the instructions and it works great. I would recommend Corte Clean to anyone. Here in Indiana the mold get bad and Corte Clean use twice yearly does WORK
