extremely diligent with with work on my laptop. Explained all actions taken and why I didn't need apps. Advice given on printers. Absolute huge patience with me as I have no idea about computers. Friendly both with me and other customers. I was there for two hours and witness approach with other customers. Went out and above trying to help them. One customer came in and he advised wouldn't be economic to have the repair done and actually advised that replacing the same model reconditioned would be the same price as repairs, and could get some cash back on her device. Fantastic service and would highly recommend. This shop will be my go to with any queries or concerns on my laptop
