Horrendous experience. Was told I needed a news screen & that they’d call with a quote, no call or quote cane, received call to say computer ready for collection & they’d wiped it. What kind of person wipes your hard drive without a conversation or quote or giving you the opportunity to remove hard drive to save info? When I called to complain they lied & asked What are you going to do about it laughing.
