Do not use this company. Paid them to fix a laptop and have been trying for a month to get it back. Every day we are promised it is being delivered back to us ‘tonight/tomorrow’, only to have to chase them and be fobbed off with excuses such as ‘the van caught on fire’. Clearly have no intention of returning the laptop. There is no apology or response from the office.
